Saturday disco night fever! 1500 participants of the annual Prime Food picnic and a truly hot party full of colorful lights, glossy decorations and discotheque light ball as a center piece! Metallic balloons filled with helium, hot disco music of the 80’s performed by Cocktail Band, DJ and Jacek Pawlewski as a host of the event! Competitions in the Competition Rhythm, competitions for the best styling and group dancing! Attraction of the evening – Painting with Light! For the youngest, an entertaining park, and exciting shows and experiences. And a must have at every children’s party – face painting, tattoos and bouncy castles! There was an opening ceremony of the newly built MAP hall at the Prime Food office with the participation of Prime Food employees and local authorities.

Outdoor event

A unique artistic outdoor event inspired by the element of water organized under the slogan "Let's get to know each other in tango". Argentine tango workshops, carillon concert, water painting workshops, open-air artistic workshop with cartoonists, Zagan Acoustic live band performance, water cafe, beautiful scenery and exceptional guests. For sure we will remember this event for a long time.

BIKE CITY GAME

Active integration organized for Norwood. The participant’s task was to reach the designated places and to do specific tasks on each check point. The competition strictly referred to the customer’s industry and the history of Gdańsk. Sunny weather favored the expedition and encouraged foreign guests to healthy competition.

“Castle of Secrets” Outdoor Game – Team-Building with a Twist

The highlight of the event was the original outdoor game “Castle of Secrets” – a narrative-driven adventure inspired by the legends of the Warmia and Masuria region. Participants, divided into teams, explored the hidden corners of the castle, solving puzzles, completing tasks, and searching for hidden clues.

Featured attractions included:

Culinary tasks – tasting local flavors
Legend cipher – a quiz based on the company’s history
Vampire code – decoding mysterious symbols
Physical challenges – outdoor activities in the Ryn area

This was more than just a team-building game – it was also an interactive way to explore the castle and the town. Each team collected fragments of a secret code that led them to the final challenge: unlocking a magical chest with a prize.

CSR – A Corporate Event with Added Value

We also included a social impact element. As part of the CSR component, participants collected virtual coins during the game, which were later converted into donations for a chosen foundation.
