53rd WESTERPLATTE RUN

One of the oldest street runs in Poland commemorating the anniversary of the Battle of Westerplatte that marked the start of the II World War in Europe. 10 km of the route, 2 hours of running, starting and finishing line on Westerplatte peninsula! Attendance record - 3150 people crossed the finishing line! Memorial medals for all runners - pride, appreciation, emotions! Organizers of the event: Sport Centre in Gdańsk and Radio Gdańsk.

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE – BOOSTING SOCIAL INNOVATION

International conference Boosting Social Innovation gathered  up to 100 people – representatives of Polish and European cities. The meeting was the end of the BoostINNO project, the theme of which was social innovation. The concept of the event assumed the exchange of participants’ experiences in a different, interesting way, being an impulse for further development of the innovation process in Gdańsk and deepening the integration and common goals of institutions, social organizations seeking value added in their implementations. High emotions filled the competition of the company's employees during the volleyball and bubble football tournament!
