The year 2018 is already in full swing. As every year, the beginning is very slow, because companies are closing and summarizing the year and setting goals and planning a new year. To our surprise, this year customers started planning their events much sooner. But what will bring us the upcoming season, what are the new trends, changes and what we will pay more attention to?

Last year was special and full of interesting challenges and new projects. The beginning was extremely intensive and laborious, due to the event that we organized for Mobility Motors Sweden. Our task was to prepare the concept of the meeting and its comprehensive organization.

Event organization is our passion. We treat each project individually and with the same care and enthusiasm. However, sometimes some slips happen to us as well – in event industry we call it fuck ups. It often happens not because our fault, but higher power.

Bearing in mind that the event industry is growing at a phenomenal rate, the organizers must follow the latest trends. Customers are looking forward to new ideas based on exceptional and original scripts. You will probably agree with us that half of the success is a well-chosen location.

Hostesses are playing an important role in the success of the event. The quality of the staff, their commitment and professionalism determine how the company is perceived by the participants of the event. Whether it’s a conference, a festive gala, product launch, the role of the hostess does not end with smiling and answering questions.
