INTEGRATION OF DELTAMARIN EMPLOYEES

Grand opening of the Ecopolplast factory, the world's first plant producing circular elastomers. The inauguration was attended by  the Mayor of city Gdynia, Wojciech Szurek, and the vice-marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Leszek Bonna. The symbolic ribbon-cutting was performed by representatives of Ecopolplast, headed by the CEO and founder of the company, Ms. Katarzyna Pokwicka-Croucher.

International conference Boosting Social Innovation gathered  up to 100 people – representatives of Polish and European cities. The meeting was the end of the BoostINNO project, the theme of which was social innovation. The concept of the event assumed the exchange of participants’ experiences in a different, interesting way, being an impulse for further development of the innovation process in Gdańsk and deepening the integration and common goals of institutions, social organizations seeking value added in their implementations. We had the pleasure of delivering a unique corporate event in Gdynia for the Maersk team. Set in the picturesque forests and hills of Adventure Park Gdynia Kolibki, the event aimed to strengthen team relationships through shared fun, friendly competition, and relaxation.

After registration and a warm official welcome, the day began with an outdoor team-building game featuring elements of cooperation, communication, and logical thinking. Participants were divided into teams competing in challenging physical activities and trust-based games. These tasks allowed team members to discover new roles, build trust, and enhance their bonds – all in the spirit of fair play and active enjoyment.
