Recently, we have supported our Client in the organization of special ecological zones. One took place in Forum Gdansk and the other during the Eco Event in Gdansk. As part of the “City on detox” campaign and other educational activities, we co-created workshops under the slogan “Decode plastic”. Educational events have power and always make us double! It was an opportunity to learn the secrets of plastic packaging of items that surround us, take a look at home resources and slightly modify our daily habits.

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE – BOOSTING SOCIAL INNOVATION

International conference Boosting Social Innovation gathered up to 100 people – representatives of Polish and European cities. The meeting was the end of the BoostINNO project, the theme of which was social innovation. The concept of the event assumed the exchange of participants’ experiences in a different, interesting way, being an impulse for further development of the innovation process in Gdańsk and deepening the integration and common goals of institutions, social organizations seeking value added in their implementations. “Castle of Secrets” Outdoor Game – Team-Building with a Twist

The highlight of the event was the original outdoor game “Castle of Secrets” – a narrative-driven adventure inspired by the legends of the Warmia and Masuria region. Participants, divided into teams, explored the hidden corners of the castle, solving puzzles, completing tasks, and searching for hidden clues.

Featured attractions included:

Culinary tasks – tasting local flavors
Legend cipher – a quiz based on the company’s history
Vampire code – decoding mysterious symbols
Physical challenges – outdoor activities in the Ryn area

This was more than just a team-building game – it was also an interactive way to explore the castle and the town. Each team collected fragments of a secret code that led them to the final challenge: unlocking a magical chest with a prize.

CSR – A Corporate Event with Added Value

We also included a social impact element. As part of the CSR component, participants collected virtual coins during the game, which were later converted into donations for a chosen foundation.
