Our event agency once again proved that corporate event planning can be filled with emotion, adventure, and a truly unforgettable atmosphere. For the employees of Fortum, we prepared a full-day program that combined team-building, local legends, and engaging fun.

“Castle of Secrets” Outdoor Game – Team-Building with a Twist

The highlight of the event was the original outdoor game “Castle of Secrets” – a narrative-driven adventure inspired by the legends of the Warmia and Masuria region. Participants, divided into teams, explored the hidden corners of the castle, solving puzzles, completing tasks, and searching for hidden clues.

Featured attractions included:

  • Culinary tasks – tasting local flavors
  • Legend cipher – a quiz based on the company’s history
  • Vampire code – decoding mysterious symbols
  • Physical challenges – outdoor activities in the Ryn area

This was more than just a team-building game – it was also an interactive way to explore the castle and the town. Each team collected fragments of a secret code that led them to the final challenge: unlocking a magical chest with a prize.

CSR – A Corporate Event with Added Value

We also included a social impact element. As part of the CSR component, participants collected virtual coins during the game, which were later converted into donations for a chosen foundation.

International conference Boosting Social Innovation gathered  up to 100 people – representatives of Polish and European cities. The meeting was the end of the BoostINNO project, the theme of which was social innovation. Grand opening of the Ecopolplast factory, the world's first plant producing circular elastomers. The inauguration was attended by  the Mayor of city Gdynia, Wojciech Szurek, and the vice-marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Leszek Bonna. The symbolic ribbon-cutting was performed by representatives of Ecopolplast, headed by the CEO and founder of the company, Ms. Katarzyna Pokwicka-Croucher.
