We proudly organized an unforgettable corporate picnic for Raben Logistics in the picturesque village of Będzieszyn. Under the slogan “A Journey Full of Attractions”, we invited Raben employees and their families to take part in a unique adventure that combined team building, entertainment, education, and relaxation.

Themed Picnic – Four Adventure-Filled Zones
As an experienced event agency specializing in company picnics and team-building events, we designed the event space as a journey through four themed “stops”:
Eco Stop – an educational and recreational zone with eco-themed games such as memory puzzles, word searches, and quizzes promoting sustainability and environmental awareness.
Fun Stop- a colorful zone designed for kids – inflatable attractions, face painting, giant bubbles, animations, and creative balloon activities.
Integration Stop – a space for shared activity – wooden team-building games that engaged both adults and children, strengthening family and team bonds.
Raben Stop – a must-see for logistics enthusiasts! A chance to step inside trucks, see forklifts in action, and take a peek behind the scenes of warehouse operations.
Team Building Through Fun and Motivation
To encourage kids to participate actively, we created a reward system – for each attraction completed, children collected stickers that could be exchanged for surprises in a dedicated gift tent. The idea turned out to be a real hit!
A Day Full of Joy and Lasting Memories
The picnic followed an open format – without an official start – allowing guests to arrive at their convenience and enjoy the attractions at their own pace. The entire event was filled with smiles, freedom, and enthusiastic engagement.
