„Welcome to our fairy tale!” – under this enchanting motto we had the pleasure to organize a unique corporate event for Fortum company. The day began with a professional conference filled with inspiring speeches, employee awards, and artistic performances. It was time for celebration, reflection, and setting strategic goals for the coming months.
After the official part, the real transformation began. Guests returned dressed as their favorite fairy tale characters, ready for a magical evening full of surprises.
We created a fairy tale-themed event where every detail was carefully designed to reflect the world of dreams and imagination. The key visual element was the color green – symbolizing a secret garden and referencing both the event theme and the Fortum brand identity.
The hotel space was transformed into a magical land reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland:
- surreal plants and oversized mushrooms
- blooming flowers and fantasy mirrors
- colorful architectural lighting and fairy tale animations
- a green-carpeted stage and customized DJ music
- a themed photo studio for unforgettable snapshots
From event scenography to lighting design and creative attractions, every element supported the storytelling and built a consistent, immersive experience.
The result? A truly engaging company event that sparked emotions and left a lasting impression.
