“Welcome to our fairy tale!” – this was the motto of the event that we organized for the Fortum company. We started the day with a conference, full of inspiring speeches, awards and artistic performances. It was a time for summing up and plans for the coming months. Then the guests went for a break to come for dinner as their favorite fairy tale characters.
We invited the participants to a fairy tale world, where they were enchanted by the atmosphere, scenography and unique attractions. The main theme of the event was emphasized by the arrangement based on the color green. It was a reference to the secret garden, but also to the logo. The interior of the hotel was filled with decorations like from Alice in Wonderland. There were motifs of weird plants, flowers, mushroom and mirrors. The unique atmosphere was added by colorful architectural and effect lighting. The stage was covered with green carpet, and fairy tale animations were displayed on the screens. There was also a dedicated, thematic photography studio, and the music played by the DJ was like the cherry on the cake.
The moral of this story? Magic really exists – all you need to do is combine creativity with passion and good organization. As Enterteam, we create events that stay in your memory for a long time.
